Thank you, i am very excited!!! Now if we could just get over there to pick it up.

We have to run to Minnesota with the Casita first, then 1700 miles to Washington and all with a pandemic in progress.

Congratulations and welcome to the Escape crowd! I've been full-timing in my winterized 19ft Escape for over two years now and love it! I put a heater on the black tank and bought a heated hose to make it through the winter. My advice is to give the exterior a good polish soon because that will make it so much easier to keep clean. And get all the lights and outlets you can for the exterior - you never know when they will come in handy.

Jane and I got our 2020 21NE 2 weeks ago. We've had a ball getting it ready for our first camping trip. We did take it out for 3 days, "camping" at my brother's farm in Eastern Washington to get the kinks out. Real camping is coming soon!

The difference in build quality is impressive. And dry weight is only a few hundred pounds more. We plan on this being our last trailer upgrade. 😇🙏

I looked at the profile and every other spot I could think of and couldn't find where to change it. Apparently I found it once so I'll keep looking.

Hi Renae, I see you are "waiting" to pickup your new 21'. Hopefully you can get on the road soon. We picked our Escape up last June, we took 3 weeks returning mainly on Hwy 2 just south of the Canadian border. We enjoyed that route. We had planned to go to the Escape Rally this May, we would like to take the Canadian side next time (Hwy 3 likely).

I see you are a full timer, do you spend the warmer months up north? There are getting to be quite a few of us in Minnesota. Many of us mid-westerners go to the Mississippi Rally, it is in September in Illinois . Might we see you there this year?

This is our 2nd summer as full-timers, and once again we are in Minnesota , not really our preference, more due to circumstances. Last year it was our son getting married. We do enjoy camp hosting in the state parks though. We are excited about our excursion to pick up our trailer, if only this virus would take a break. We are not sure about the rally this year, but we are looking forward to attending them in the future.

If you use the Quote tab ( bottom of a post ) it will appear in a box above your reply. You can cut the quote down, but don't lose the brackets at the beginning and end.

Welcome! I am new here as well. Congrats on the Escape! I had a Casita 17 SD as well. Great little trailer just not quite enough room. Now have "some other brand". Really miss the fiberglass and planning to go back ... likely an Escape. Really like the 5.0TA but also anxiously awaiting updates on the 23. Again, welcome and happy travels!

Peter, welcome, from an ex-Lance owner myself. I had an 1880 and a 1575 before buying my first Escape, have not looked back.

Thx, we love our Casita but as u said a little light on space especially as a full-timer. The small space keeps you outdoors more, which is a good thing except when it isn't. Such as cold , windy, and rainy weather. That 23 is tempting, maybe our next if there is another. We are expecting this one to last a lifetime.
