Hi: driessa... Welcome to the "fiberglass" world!!! Whats in a name? Everyone finds their own meaning in a name...I'm just flattered that so many people like the 5.0's.
Our Escape Hatch was one of the first few and THE first east of the Rockies. There was a point back then that Reace was thinking they should limit production of them so I got busy travelling around. The rest, as they say, is History. Your gonna love it!!! Alf

We were at the Escape factory today, checking on our little 15B "OTIS" . We named it OTIS simply because " Our Trailer Is Small." Not too much imagination needed for that one. Right beside our little OTIS was a beautiful 5.O with a very unique Texas Compass Rose decal on the side. It certainly caught our eye so I had to get on the forum to research why someone would chose this name and now we know the story. It looks great and we're sure you're going to love it!

I believe this is headed your way today ... One 5'er named Texas Rose, and a 19' named Texas Oasis.
Hope I didn't ruin the surprise!

Plated, packed & ready to escape...
The Texas Compass Rose is plated (license plated that is, what a story!), packed (the 1st of many organizational attempts we're sure) and ready to escape on her 1st adventure (Brazos Bend State Park on 7/26/13)! We couldn't have done it without Tammy & Reace & Jackie & Pam Ericson. Thanks SOOOOO much to each of them!
So happy to have joined the Escape family!

Very Nice! I got a peak at her when I visited the factory. I get mine on Wednesday or Thursday. Its on the truck now and in the US. Got a call from Dave the Drive the other night.
Wish you would share your Tagging story. I will be going through that soon.
