Thanks,

I originally was looking for a 17A, glad I ended up with a 17B. As I get older, I wouldn’t go without a washroom. Bonus, we stopped at many rest stops on the Interstate with filthy washrooms. We just went back out to the trailer.

Doug, please allow me to disagree with your inference:

Having a 17A does not mean you have no facilities. Our 17A has a porta-potty , in a cabinet built by ETI specifically for it. Today, we traversed a long mountain grade, and about 230 miles of highway. Our gas stop, included a stop within the trailer, since the gas stop restroom had a line , with 6 foot spacing per person.

Andy, you may find some of our rationale for choices to be of some use to you. They're here, along with a 'year-later' evaluation:

After about 5 years, we wouldn't change anything.

The 17a in my opinion has one of the largest washrooms of all the Escape trailers.
