Communications in Big Bend

I'm starting to plan my travel for 2021. I'd like to kick it off with a stop in Big Bend National Park. It's been several years since I've been there, so I'd like to know if cellphone service has improved, and which if any campgrounds have cell service now. Does anyone have recent info? Thanks.

"Cell service is very spotty throughout the entire Big Bend area. Areas with fairly reliable service include the Chisos Basin area, and near Panther Junction.May 27, 2020"

Last year we stayed at Rio Grande Village RV Campground which is the only full hook-up campsite in Big Bend. Cell phone service was available within feet of the campsite office using WIFI for the connection but failed as soon as we got back to the trailer several hundred feet away.

But had A/C which in Big Bend can be a life saver!

Yeah, that's the way it was at Panther Junction on my last visit. I had to go to the general store and sit outside to use wifi. This time I want daily Internet access so I can continue to study French via Duolingo, in case I go to Quebec in a year or two. Merci beaucoup.
