It looks like you have an extra item:
Propane tank

Two of these are supplied with the trailer, so you don't need to bring any, unless you have made some unusual arrangement.

And one possibly missing item:
Ball mount

... or other hitch hardware. You have a hitch receiver on the tow vehicle, but you need a ball (2") and whatever you are using mount the ball, which is a ball mount or weight-distributing hitch. If you bought a WDH from Escape as an accessory/option then you're set (it will be there waiting for you), and if you are not using a WDH then you just need a ball and ball mount, and can buy them in Chilliwack after the Escape staff help you determine what drop distance you need with your tow vehicle.
