Camper is stored in $750 cover with vinyl tarp over top. April 2022 on new tires, anode replaced yearly, wheel bearings repacked when tires replaced, no leaks anywhere, cleaned roof and sides with each excursion, estimated 25,000 miles on rv. One owner, clear title, asking $35,500 or BO. Gray water tank flushed with dawn although bathroom little used, showered once to try it and regularly used cpgd restroom. If still interested will send build sheet.
