Airstream Virtual Factory Tour

I'm on some Airstream list, and got an announcement for this video. Found it very interesting, as I reckon many here will as well:

Note that they have a water test room, which I imagine is really important for a riveted-aluminum skin. Also it looked like some of their plumbing is attached to the frame, which would mean they are not four-season. True? For some reason I thought they were.

One can also lookup on the how it’s made series. They did a whole episode on the airstream plant

Perhaps gas, but no water lines. Lines below floor are heated by the propane heater to allow for 4 season camping. I had my Airstream located outside Basalt,Co, for a 3weeks ski trip in January many years ago.. burned through a lot of propane with the twin 40# bottles, but no problems. This has been their standard forever.
