The website doesn't do anything to the picture; it shows it as the image data in the posted file says. The website just doesn't rotate the image, as Apple expects the displaying device to do, and neither does the browser.

I had some leftover cement and some recycled lumber, so I built this.

The last I was in Mount Vernon with the 21', not very long ago, you did not have your Escape. Now you have it and a whole very nice big home for it. That you could even build yourself!

Looks very good. It’s nice to have it close to home and accessible especially early in the spring when you’re loading it up for the season in changeable weather.
Good job

The only problem I have is, the piece of cement that I built it on was an old chicken coop and it was just big enough for my 17b. If I start getting "twofootitus" I'm going to be in trouble.

If it comes to that we can take the back end of the building out. Dowel in and pour a slab slab extension, hammer a couple more trusses together and she will be big enough for even a 21. After we get that done we will go to Sutliff for lunch. I’ll work a little and supervise mostly.

Thanks, Dave! I gotta lay off the smokes, though. I’m losing my voice

Nice Job

You could have called me. I’d have brought the beer and a hammer you could have used. Hope to see you at the Mississippi River Rendezvous.

So did you make it deep enough for a 21'? You know, just incase the twofotitus flares up again.

Here are some pictures of my Escape pad at home. As can be seen, my progression of trailers over the past 10 years have been both lengthwise as well as widthwise. I started with a motorcycle trailer and had to work around a tree trunk also....I realize my forms are not up to par, but they did what they had to do and there has been 4 separate loads of concrete over the life span.

Dave I didn't think you would be home. I thought the hood on that highlander never cooled off.

Sure did. I needed two feet for the 19, and added five. I wasn't going to make the same mistake twice.

Escapes are quite happy, indoors or out doors.
Ours has never been covered or indoors, actually a few minus forty five celcious winters dis not harm it.
I noted our trailer has never been covered, that depends if you do not include snow, 39” last year, alone.
Just keep a correct charge in the battery, and a small electric heater inside , if you live in BC.
Heater was not required in the Yukon.
