Unknown Bridge

Back in 2013 after taking posession of E19 in Sumas we drove down to Bellingham, then took the Anacortes Ferry to Victoria, then another ferry back to the states, then down the coast - staying at Ocean Beach, and Nehalen Bay, and on, and on.
Currently putting together a slide show of that wonderful first trip, but now I am stumped. Somewhere along the way we drove on this bridge. I have no idea where that was - need help - anyone know its name and location? Google maps produced zero info.
