water heater circuit board location

my water heater on my 3 week old 19 was having trouble lighting. Found a service man willing to check my circuit board if I brought the board into him but I'm not real sure where it is located or what it looks like.

It is located under the bed of a 19 at the end of the tank and looks like this box in the red circle.

So to get to the actual board, do you undo those two screws?
