AC Wiring Location

Hello All. We took delivery of our 21C last November during Thanksgiving week in KC and dashed back to Louisville in the cold for turkey with family. No issues and was very happy with the trailer towed. We did camp for two nights on the way home but did not hook up, other than electric, due to the freezing temps. Looking forward to getting going this spring.

We opted out of the AC because we have lived with the noise of the "satndard" units for enough years and are planning on getting a unit from Recpro soon. It is my understanding from our build sheet meeting that Escape has pre-wired for the AC to replace the roof vent. Can someone give me the location of that line in the roof?

Thanks!! Tom

It appears to go up to the ceiling behind or beside the fridge and then sideways to the opening. The yellow wire is the power wire.

Hi Ron,
Is this yellow wire left unconnected and is easily identifiable in the power charger /converter center for trailer owner to add a 120V circuit breaker?
I read in the previous threads that ETI wired solar directly to the charger/converter power center. Would please share with me how to identify the solar wire in the power center. I had AC installed by ETI and want to move Batteries from storage box to the inside Diver side dinette bench. Thanks

This is the way they did it in my 19. I haven't actually looked in my 21 to see if that's what they still do. No reason to believe that they've changed what they do.

The yellow wire is there and marked "AC Ready" to attach to a circuit breaker if an AC is installed at a later date.
