I base everything in the level of the stovetop. Large pancakes must be of uniform thickness all the way across.
When I put my countertop on the galley, I ensured it was level to the frame. Like your trailer, most planes are a bit off even, but not really too bad at all. My 19 was worse.

How accurate does it have to be?

Same with my tablet. I started to use it to level my grill, but gave up. A little water in a pan works better...

I have done this many a time when I never had a level along. Just enough to cover the bottom works great.

I can see some need help using their iPhone compass app level feature. There will be a test.

I sometimes use my phone but like others mentioned, I do need to calibrate once in a while. Compass Level is the one I use. $3 to get rid of the ads.

I have known lots of folks who use Apple products. They do make good stuff. Many of these people have moved away due to cost and program availability. Most of the apps I use in my PC for work won't work on Apple.

I'd love to have an Apple tablet just so I didn't have to go through icloud to get the darn photos I take with my iPhone. I have thought about partitioning a drive and trying to clone an apple system but I understand you need an apple connected to pull off the clone. I did do a Linux Ubuntu once and I think it's an apple want a be.
Anyway PC all the way except for the phone until I can afford a new phone.
