Dickinson Caribbean Install

We currently have the Dometic three-burner oven in our 21C, and are considering changing it out for the Dickinson Caribbean. The Dometic piezoelectric starter has failed (not a huge deal) and with the recall of the oven, I am concerned about the quality and safety of the thing. I am beginning to wonder if I will be changing out every Dometic device in the trailer over time.

I like the Dickinson product, and wonder if anybody has switched out their oven for the Caribbean. I know that Jim Bennett installed one as part of a complete kitchen rebuild, but wonder what mods would be needed to switch one out without such major surgery.

If you checked out the dimensions for install of the stove you can determine if it works space wise. You can find my galley drawing layout in my build thread.

If you felt inclined a full galley rebuild would do it and add a few other improvements.
