Ordered one through Steveston Marine (currently out of stock) to be fulfilled in or about January. A planned winter project once delivered.

Your install looks great and thanks for the price point for the install...something to consider seeking if I decide to job it out.

For me it was a no brainer to farm out the work. If I did it myself, I would likely end up having to 1) replace the entire counter top as my butchery carpentry skills would be in full display 2) Likely have to replace the trailer after it blew up from my poor propane connections.

Removable rail

Yes, the vertical rail is removable.

Yeah, it's a pot holder. We've never once used it, since it's designed to keep pots in place on a boat. You just loosen two thumbscrews (seen in the photo) to remove.
