FYI: Was helping a friend research emergency power options, and discovered that the mfr. of the system we have, EcoFlow, has a bundle on sale right now.

We have the system at home for temp. power use when the local utility (SCE) shuts off power when brush fires threaten power distribution lines.
We use it when camping to recharge ebikes, run small AC appliances and equipment, and even for short bursts of microwave use when we're lazy or tired. It can be charged off the tow vehicle or the deployed solar panel, or off AC power when available.
