21C Snaking wires

I’ve got a 21C on order. I’m contemplating installing my own inverter & lithium batteries because I need a 2000 watt inverter and Escape can’t provide it. I would like to mount the batteries and inverter under the bed. I’m getting the composting toilet without the black tank. So their should be ample room. The question I have: is there room to snake Qty 2 of 2 gauge wires and a12 gauge Romex cable from under the front bed behind the Driver Side cabinets to the u-shaped dinette. Will I need to disassemble the cabinets or is there access by just removing drawers. Thanks for your input and ideas.

I've made that run with both a pair of #14 wire & a single #6. I did remove the back of some cabinets, used the open space above the back of others, and removed drawers. Used an inspection camera to determine what was necessary & fiberglass "push" rods to snake the wires. Not the worst rewiring job I've done, (that was rewiring a 5 story house built in the 1800's following gas lines) but not the easiest. If I remember correctly, the most difficult part was using a right angle drill to get into the covered space between the drawer stack & the bed. The water heater made it a PIA.

How hard was it to remove the back of the cabinets. Did you need to remove the refrigerator? The short area between the bed and drawer stack is also a concern because it is visible and I don’t want to damage it. I’ve got all the tools you mentioned so hoping it will be a doable project. TIA!!
