No A/C, No Heater, Brkrs,Fuses all Good, Capac Therm?

Here we go. We have a 2019 E19. The Capacitive Touch Thermostat lights when touched, so it sees voltage. I cannot get the A/C to fire up, or the heater to fire up, regardless of fan speed setting, or temp setting in any mode. All circuit breakers are closed, and all fuses that I've found are good. All fuses have been checked w/ a multimeter. Before trying to talk to Dometic, I'd like to see if anyone has seen this themselves, and what the cure was. 120V ac connected.

Thanks for any help, or general wisdom,
John (wackyburggeezer)

Reports are you need to use a very light touch with it; here's a thread:

It's expensive but if I had that Dometic thermostat I would follow Jon's lead in post #13 and replace it with the unit from Micro-Air.

UPDATE: Dometic customer service promised a replacement thermostat which still has not appeared. In the meantime, an EasyTouch thermostat arrived! In changing out to the EasyTouch, I found that the 'comm' connection in the Dometic Capacitive Touch Tstat wasn't in physical contact with the appropriate wire to the controller. the EasyTouch Tstat has my vote, and the Dometic is now an emergency spare.
