Many residences and commercial buildings use the same PEX pipe systems found in Escape and other RVs.
As evidenced in this forum thread there are fittings and adaptors available to mate virtually any imaginable plumbing fixture / thread / pipe material to PEX.
Here's another example where a decidedly 'residential' single-lever shower control valve was installed in a trailer using a simple elbow fitting that mated to the valve inlet threads on one end and directly to PEX on the other end.
Choose 'residential' fixtures for your RV if you like (they're often higher quality, more robust, with commonly available repair parts), no worries!

Put a plug in one hole, set the faucet off center slightly.

Inexpensive consumer 3d printing tends to be porous and quite brittle. Probably not suitable for plumbing fixtures.

Well I can’t print, so that’s okay, but I can fab and do have a milling machine, I’ll think about that sometime.

Yup, wouldn't trade my milling machine for a 3D printer.
Sometimes it seems that shiny new engineers aren't even aware of what a milling machine can do. Many times they automatically default to 3D printing for things that I know I could knock off far faster.

Don’t use it much, so wouldn’t call myself skilled, but sometimes it’s much easier to get what you want by just doing it yourself even if it’s a DIY level of skill. Every tool I have has eventually paid for itself, and I have a bunch of tools.

There are decorative chrome base plates available that are designed to convert bathroom sinks for use with single-hole faucets. If it fits the ETI sink, something like this should match that Ambassador Marine faucet quite nicely.

Faucet (and sink) replaced. Faucet pulls out and doubles as shower head. If you’re interested in this modification I can share how I did it. Found it on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/your-orders/p...sin=B09K3WFWV9

I like it. Don't like my hose that's in the way and I'd rather have a single lever for easier temperature control.
Haven't seen that unit before. Couldn't locate it by searching or following the link.

His link is directing us to his orders, rather than to an Amazon page. Hopefully he'll see this and post again.

Sorry about that. The item has disappeared from Amazon. I found it on eBay but it’s noted as out of stock. You might follow it on eBay to see if they become available again:

Thanks for posting the ebay link. At least I know what I looking for.
That's a disappointment. I liked it as soon as I saw it, showed it to my wife and she said "order it." Such an improvement over the factory unit.
I'll look at some other RV parts places etc. and hopefully find one.

Thanks Alan, that'd do just fine. I'm busy mounting solar panels and finishing a friend's camper so I wouldn't have had time for a few days to search. Might not have found that one anyway.
The sink is readily available so that project goes to the top of my to-do list.

There are a bunch on Amazon.ca etc…you just have to find one that has a longish hose and that may clip into a wall holder if that is important to you.
