Convection Microwave installation and Refrigerator

Our new 21C has arrived. We bought the convection microwave previously for another trailer and didn't install it.

Now, we don't have the "4 screws A" in the instructions.

I've searched the internet and can't find what screws are supposed to be used. Anyone know?

Also, our trailer is plugged in at home and the refrigerator will not go to AC, only gas and DC. Any help is appreciated.

Thank you.

pacificc, Try pressing the “OFF” button before pressing the A/C button. Sometimes that works!

Thank you. We did that.

We also unplugged it after removing the panel, and plugged something else in and that works.

We tried to find the correct fuse, but not sure we did. The fuses we did check, look intact.

Ours automatically goes to Auto when we first turn it on when plugged into shore power. I press the Auto button to turn it off and it cycles through Gas, DC and then finally lands on AC. Don't know if that will work for you?

Thank you for the suggestion.

It stops at DC and never lights up AC.

Are you asking about the screws that attach the metal surround to the cabinet framing?

Did you go outside and remove the refrigerator panel and check those 3 fuses? One of ours must have been loose when we got our trailer because after checking them and putting them back together everything worked fine. It's possible something could have come loose in transport.

We have the screws that attach the trim piece to the cabinet face. We don't have the screws that attach the trim piece to the oven.

There should be 4 of them and they look flat instead of pointed in the drawing. There isn't any indication of size.

Do you know where the three fuses are located? We found 2 and saw that there should be 3.

The red wire has an in-line fuse in a square black plastic cover. This is the one we had a hard time finding and the one that happened to be loose. You need to rotate the picture. But, you get the idea.

So you found that one and the 2 on the circuit board. That is all 3. Sorry I can't be more help. Some people have had to replace their circuit board on a new trailer. I would contact the warranty dept for Dometic.

The refrigerator is working!

Push the auto button at the same time as the DC/AC button.

Thank you everyone!
