Frameless Window Hardware Broken
Where can I get replacement parts for the twist-crank? I hit a nasty bump and the guide wheels broke (see pics)

Since it is so new, I'd contact the factory, still under warranty....

Same window/awning configuration in our 2020 21NE.
Looks similar to the injuries sustained by the two passenger side windows directly behind the two awning vertical bars. The slider bars were bent and the guide wheels had popped out of the track. Took some upside down/inside out manipulation and metal bending to get those suckers back together.
Cause?
Forgot to close the windows completely when the awning closed very quickly.
After that event and repair, I use a RED REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT tag hung on the outside of each window as a warning and reminder. Close the window.

I'd contact Escape's service department. They can give you the part number for the window and the phone number so you can call the manufacturer to order replacement parts. Escape does not warrant third party manufacturers parts as they come with their own direct warrantee.

I had a window brake last year and the insurance company paid the bill. Yea it took a while and they didn't use all my research efforts to shorten the process but in the end had to do the same thing I had already done. But they did pay the bill.

Did they actually break or just pop out? We removed our windows and shortened the strip in the channel so we could open them wider and then reinstalled the rollers in the channels. Works fine. But it is good to know you can find replacement parts.

Oh, they broke but it wasn't a manufacturing defect - I hit a huge dip in the asphalt. Not a pothole, but like a mini-sinkhole so it didn't stand out and I didn't hit the brakes hard enough or in time. It shook the stairs down too. I'm glad it didn't break anything else.

Oh wow! Sorry to hear that. You might want to do the modification to open the windows wider while you have them out for the repair. It is awesome!

Totally fixable in a Montana State Park!. I have a pair of cheap Harbor Freight long nose pliers and a stepladder. Remove the screws holding in the window and have your lovely assistant on the inside work the wheels into the T groove while you slide the window on the outside (on your stepladder). Give the thin metal slats on the window a "squeeze bend" with the long pliers and wiggle the wheels into the tracks as they should be. I used this opportunity to cut the black plastic T to about 2" to allow the window to open wider.

Just an aside, and maybe you did this, but when hitting road-hazard is unavoidably inevitable (whether a hole, a bump, or something loose on the road which will pass under the vehicle), IME it's best to not have brakes applied at the instant the vehicle or trailer tires meet the hazard. IOW, lift your braking foot off the pedal and let the wheels 'roll free' over / through the hazard to the extent possible to minimize the trauma of the 'hit'.
Sorry to read of your road-hazard mishap, it sounds like a doozy, very glad it wasn't any worse!
It's a bit hard to tell from the pics (I don't have an intact actuator handy for comparison), but if the wheels on the actuator arms are broken in any manner then yeah, I get it, replacement rather than just easy re-installation in the track is in order. Hopefully the track itself is not deformed or can be carefully restored to its intended shape.

Lippert at the beginning of 2022 did a change to the arm length reducing them to 4 inches. You can't do the mod to the new windows to get them to open wider anymore. I'm so glad my trailer was built in Dec 2021 and yes I've done the window mod on my trailer.

Bummer for 2022 buyers. Glad we could do the mod. What would we do without Adventures in Nomadness and their mods!

Interesting update news there.
Do you happen to know if the 'old / long arm' mechanism (purchased as a replacement part), can be successfully retro-fitted to the 'new limited-opening' windows? Perhaps the wheel-track on the 'new' window is not sufficiently long for that to work?

From a post I saw a couple months ago you can't buy the longer ones at all. The extender arms where 7 inches long with a 12 inch plastic space. The replacement is 4 inches long and I'm not sure how long the spacer is if there is still one used. If you buy a replacement extender arm from Lippert you will receive the 4 inch which is downwards compatible.
The window mod was to get the windows to open from the factory delivered 3 1/2 inch opening to now a 6 1/2 inch opening. You took the spacer out and cut it in half and then put in back in the window.

Even more interesting info (especially the replacement part situation), thanks again for that.
Yeah, I only have the flush / awning windows on the rear of my 2021 5.0 but did the mod on those and I'm very pleased with the result.
IMO it's unfortunate that the new windows don't lend to that, but so it goes.

Ops,
Had the exact same issue happen on our second outing. Decided to take out the two top screws on the window, slide it out, bend the metal arms, and then retrack back onto the window. While we were at it we figured we might as well do the mod Nomadness did and cut the plastic spacer down. Now the window opens out about 3 more inches. Happy accident! And now on the pre-flight checks.

With a hard hit like that I would keep track of your tire wear. Axles have been known to bend on pot holes and curbs. If a tire starts to wear badly you might have done more damage than is obvious right now.
