If you mean air conditioner when you say unit above, then you need to go to the fan setting on the digital thermostat and set it to auto, NOT high or low.

Fan needs to be set to auto before selecting either the furnace or the AC.

Hi Jamie
I had not noticed your user name before today. Hope you got your furnace operating satisfactorily and enjoy the picture I took yesterday.
Taken in Tama county Iowa in the Bohemian Alps, where my roots run deep.

Dave, like the barn quilt. My wife is an avid quilter and has painted a few small outdoor quilts as well. I'll make sure and show her the picture.

There are hundreds of these in Iowa. Alas, a lot of the old barns are disappearing. And the derecho didn’t help. I have a couple of friends who are quilters. I had oversight for a large city building when I worked for the city. Every other winter in about February the Eastern Iowa Heirloom quilters would put on a quit show. We would string cable from the support beams and I’d send my two most athletic guys down there for the day to help hang the quilts. Always well attended. My mother, my aunt and my grandmother were all quilters.

There are a bunch around here too, but we haven’t done one for our barn - at least not yet
