Inside outlets stopped working

Update: I just got off the phone with ETI and the situation is resolved, but I want to leave this here in case it helps someone else down the road. In addition to the main breaker box that is under the dinette/bed there is another grey box with two breakers. This would normally be in the same cabinet with the inverter, but in this 17B it is on the other side, right under the seat between the hot water heater and the battery disconnect. One breaker was tripped and all is now good, and Pat at ETI was very helpful and prompt in getting back to me.

Hello! 2022 17B plugged in to shore power. The two regular inside outlets stopped working suddenly (1 GFCI;1 not). The outlet for the microwave is not being used, but sparked when I went to plug something in, so I assume it’s working. The inverter outlet is working. The outside outlet is working, and resetting it didn’t impact inside outlets. All breakers appeared to be fine, but I reset them all anyway. The test/reset buttons on the CFGI are ineffective. I pulled that outlet out and the wiring looks fine; no loose or burnt wires and no loose screws. This morning when it went out I had an 1800W induction hot plate plugged in to the GFCI (and turned on to boil) and a 1500W heater and Starlink router plugged in to the other outlet.
We’re now down the road at another shore power site, and I was hoping that maybe something had jiggled loose and all would be fine once we connected to SP, but no dice. Any more troubleshooting suggestions before I make the trek in to town in search of a replacement GFCI (that is going to be no fun to replace because of tight angles in the 17B!)?

Thanks in advance!

The GFCI has to have power on it for the test or reset to work. Is yours live or dead?

Don't know how many times there's been previous posts about those two separate breakers. They've caught lot's of folks out.
