Yeah, basically this.
One caveat. A lot of battery companies are suggesting to pull the batteries out of the trailer and store them inside. But unless your local climate is very cold (like, below -5F) there isn't a lot of reason to do so.
I'm comfortable leaving my batteries in the trailer for a Detroit winter. I just charge them to the manufacturer's recommended SOC and then pulled the negative cable so they are isolated from any possible load.
