No Fresh Water

I have water when hooked up to city water, although very low pressure. We had to switch over to fresh water and turned on the water pump and nothing at all. I can hear the pump working and watched the Escape video. At first I could see water sort of going to pump and water sputtered out of faucets but now nothing. 🤷*♀️

Might the aerator on the faucet be clogged with debris?

I would check for a leak / brake on the suction side.

If the trailer has been sitting empty lately, I would check the water pump.

I had to take my pump out, take off the bonnet and press the check valve in hard. Then it worked again. And I had the same symptoms as you. I can hear the pump and feel it running but no water or pressure.

The pump is very easy to take apart and fix But the check valve is difficult to push in. This happens after the trailer sits empty for the Winter.

Just my thoughts.

Is there very low water pressure when hooked up directly to city water? This would indicate that there is possibly another issue besides the pump. The pump is not in the piping circuit when hooked up to city water.

A silly question - is there water in the fresh water tank? The pump only draws water from the tank, and won't increase pressure of weak city water.
