A couple of times within a week we got a "FL --" error when operating on propane. The Norcold manual says that it means there is a flame when a flame isn't expected. My thought is either the control board or the LP valve. I noticed that the solenoid wiggles but the little tab and the slot in the mount makes it seem like it should move. Can anyone confirm this is normal in their Norcold?
This is under warranty but trying to avoid a 3 hour roundtrip drive
Check to verify with Norcold, however you can probably take it to any licensed repair shop and then send the bill in for reimbursement. I've had to do this with Dometic.
