Sea Level SHT warning

Got the SHT warning on our Sea Level II on our 2020 19. We have the insulation on the bottom of the trailer so no easy access to the sensors.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

1. If a short circuit is showing, disconnect the senders one at a
time at the sender location. If the short circuit indication goes
away when a sender is removed, then that sender is bad. If all
the senders are removed but a short circuit still shows, then
the wiring may be shorted. Disconnect the sender wire at the
display, the short indication should go away. If it doesn’t, the
display is bad.
Well, since you can't easily access the sensors, did you try the last troubleshooting step to see if by chance it's the display that's the problem?

Good Luck.

I have no idea where the sensors are located being that everything is covered with insulation.
Any idea how to find the sensors. And are they connected in series so that if one goes out they all go out.

Assuming (always dangerous) that your 2020 E19 See Level system has been working fine for a period of time and the SHT error is a new occurrence, I respectfully suggest that you investigate and test things which are not covered by insulation before obsessing about those which are.

Your See Level display is not covered by insulation, you can access the back of the display to disconnect the sensor input wires there as described above and see if the SHT error persists; If it does, then it is the display, not the wiring or a sensor that is bad.

Your interior black water tank is not covered by insulation, you can likely access the front of that tank under your E19 front dinette and will likely see the sensor for that tank there. That would be my second area of investigation IF the display unit passes the test previously described (perhaps something shifted under the dinette to disturb that sensor or its wiring - I would investigate that area carefully and thoroughly).

Here's a link to the See Level 709 Display Manual which includes a troubleshooting section.

Here's a link to the See Level Sender Manual which explains how those are configured and wired to the Display.

Here's a link to The See Level manufacturer webpage with a contact number.

Finally, ETI will be your best source of info regarding where your fresh and grey water sensors and wiring are located / routed if digging for that becomes necessary. Personally, I would suspect that something has been affected that is not within the 'protective cover' of the spray-on insulation and would focus diligent troubleshooting efforts there before digging into the sprayed-on foam.

Good Luck.
