If car purchased 90 days or longer prior to move no tax collected motor-homes and trailers are exempt from this rule. I find that to be greedy and should not be allowed

I call BS on this the person at DMV is incorrect. You only owe sales tax if you purchased the trailer within 90 days of the move. I just read the Washington state DMV code. read the link I attached...
