It definitely sounds like the winterizing tube that is put into an antifreeze container. It should be under the bed by the pump. Looks like the end just made its way inadvertently into that area.

With a compressor fridge as long as it’s not completely blocked allowing heat to build up it will be fine. The airflow pattern is no where near as critical as an absorption fridge.
