But since YOU live in Nevada wouldn't THAT be where DMV wants to know if there is a lien against the trailer... because YOU may have taken a loan out to buy it?

You bought the trailer new from the factory? IF...

You bought the trailer new from the factory? IF so, go to a different DMV. ETI gave you everything you need to register/license the trailer.
