I want that carport.
Had to knock most of mine down as it was too low to back the trailer in.

Very nice! Looks like there's no snow in Chilliwack! Let's hope it stays that way - I pick up on March 9.

That Chilliwack was Tuesday. Snow started Thursday. I have six inches in my back yard and another six expected overnight. Will likely all be gone by Monday.

I think we saw you in the reception area on tuesday we had the 8:00 orientation. The Escape trailer people are just the best, they do everything possible to make the experience of getting your trailer as easy as possible.Everyone there is so friendly and are so very helpful . We picked up the trailer on tuesday morning and drove home to Albany Oregon. The only hard part was a couple traffic backups going through Seattle but it was not that bad.Looking forward to starting the adventures with our beautiful 21,it is just so perfect.

At least your beautiful Escape found a nice hiding spot.
Wishing you many happy sunny camping days!!!
(And please, don't send the weather east. Have seen enough of that white stuff by now)

As we were in the reception, we wondered who else might have been picking up a trailer. You guys had quite the drive home considering that you were't leaving Chilliwack until 11am or so. At least you had a nice day for it. We have been impressed by how friendly everyone we dealt with have been. Have fun and good travels with your trailer, we are planning our first trip. We are heading down to Southern California, leaving in the next ten days or so. We need to see some sun and warm weather, enough of the snow.

Yes, that carport looks like it can fit a bigger one if you choose. Your 17 looks like "snug as a bug in a rug"....

Very nice. I too like the carport, a great home for your trailer. You will get good camping weather yet, long before we do in Calgary.

I only had mountain passes to deal with on the way home last Friday, much easier to deal with than Seattle traffic, though I believe that your travel time would be a bit short than ours. Glad to hear you made it back okay though. We stopped overnight at the KOA in Albany last October so we could visit good friends there.

We're 30 km west of Chilliwack in Mission. It's minus 3 here and we have 12" of snow this morning with 36" snow drifts and another 12" forecast today and this evening.

Boy, did I ever luck out picking up a week ago. Because I had a few places along the way bookmarked in The Weather Network app, I am now getting lots of snowfall warnings. A good sign in the start of my 5.0TA ownership.

Final Photos!

Can't believe it!...but we are picking up the new rig Feb 10th! (weather permitting) We'll be on main thoroughfares so it shouldn't be too much of a problem getting 'er home. Since we are pretty close to the factory, am planning to "camp" at home to test out the systems rather than camping out along the way-am turning into a "weather wienie"!
We feel so lucky to have this trailer & hopefully many years ahead of great adventure!
