We should get up to ETI the 23rd to pick up our Escape 21, after enjoying the solar eclipse in eastern Oregon. I expect that's a few days after you pick up your 21, Jon. Then after the Arkansas River Valley Egg Rally, we will be at the Mississippi Rendezvous with our new 21.

Do you think, that with his new larger kitchen, he'll bake two blueberry pies at Q?

Quartzsite was an experiment since I was cooking it in a Dutch Oven, and we didn't have an actual pot luck. Now that I'll have a real oven, as long as I can get the blueberries, of course I'll make two as I usually do for rally pot lucks!

I checked with U Haul in Sumas & they will let me leave the trailer there overnight. I'll transfer the stuff after Escape delivered it.

That's probably a good thing. Unfortunately, every few months, some unsuspecting person in the process of moving, leaves either their rental truck or trailer outside their motel for the night. The rental trailers seem to be a ready target for thieves and in the morning people discover that they've lost everything.

Probably that's pretty common in many locations but a good percentage here seem to be centered out that way.

Our truck is packed up to pick up our Escape 21. We leave early tomorrow morning. We are stopping on our way to view the solar eclipse in Richland OR, where my sister lives. Then it's up to Chilliwack. We have been waiting for this since last October.

Our FD17 Casita will wait under it's cover. We will be advertising it at the rallies this fall. We hope it provides a fun traveling home for a new family, like it did ours.

My Escape 21 just moved into Quality Control so I received the last photos today. I put all of the construction photos on a web page for anyone interested.

They send pictures almost every day while the trailer is being built. I received 37 pictures. I just didn't post them all.

From one of the picture(s) we got yesterday, and today... it looks like there are three 19' yesterday, and there are two 19' and a 5.0TA today.. I am wondering how the trailers move down the "line"... and whether or not it's possible to find "factory neighbors" of our trailer

October order and now the photos are coming... ;)

Won't be long now - I have an orientation scheduled for Sept 5th. My little 17B will be on the road before I know it. Can't wait!! I think ETI is certainly unique with the production photos they send - how fun to watch it all come together. Of the 1,001 decisions I made for my build sheet the information and suggestions folks on this forum shared with me have been WONDERFUL!! Thanks so much for all your responses and support!
