This caught my attention also! Does anyone know if this is a new addition to the trailers?

You also went for the wider cabinet opening in the back, right?
So much more convenient to get stuff out.

Yes, we ordered the raised dinette so we could see out better (I’m on the short side!).
I wondered about having the frig in my bed, but with a QUEEN size bed, I guess there would be room!
And, yes, I thought it looks like there’s insulation in the frig cabinet too. Probably a good thing!
We ordered the wider cabinet opening over the bed because we weren’t having speakers installed in it and think that access to stuff stored in the cabinet will be more convenient.
Been getting pictures daily from ETI since I first posted on here. Here’s today’s...

What is your travel plan?
We pick up on a Tues. Plan to stay one night at Lynden KOA, then make our way back to Colorado. Path back all depends on weather. Could be the diagonal shot thorugh Idaho, or could be due south into California, then east at either Reno or even farther south.

Hi, Jeff! We’re overnighting Sunday in Chilliwack at the Best Western. Orientation on Monday at 10:30. Will hang out Monday night and maybe Tuesday at either the Lynden KOA or Birch Bay State Park, depending on whether (weather) we think we want hookups or not.
Beyond that, it’s all completely weather-dependent on where we go. We’re very flexible. Could stay in Washington and/or Oregon, thought about going to Northern California To Shasta and Lassen Volcanic Nat’l Park and, more recently, the Phoenix AZ area has been discussed. Could be gone until the middle of November. Sorry I can’t be more specific but we’re playing it as it comes. The only big thing is to keep a close eye on the weather and avoid snow if at all possible, especially over mountain passes!

Agree to all that.
We don't have the openness of schedule, so we have to pretty much get back. My wife has demanding work, so it might even include me dropping her at an airport along the way so she can jet off to some meeting somewhere.

I plan the Lynden KOA for "night 1" specifically because they have full hookups all winter. I want to test out every system: city water, fresh water tank/12v pump water, shower, sink, drains, black tank dump, grey tank dump, 12v electric, 120v electric, etc. before I get too far from Chilliwack. Not easy to do all that if boondocking.

I hope to run into you guys again. Perhaps at the Escape "OWNERS" Rally!

Yes! We will then be part of that elite group of Escape owners, won’t we? We look forward to going to Osoyoos next spring.

And here’s today’s pics! Looks complete to me EXCEPT the custom cushions (and of course I’m dying to see them!). Who knows what the “stainless” object is on the front of the galley cabinet just below the sink? We’re clueless...

That is a 12v outlet, no USB. Cigarette lighter socket style.

Ah-hah! I did order a 12volt outlet for that area, I just wasn’t expecting it to look like that. Thanks, Jeff!

Thanks, we went with standard flooring and coverings but went black on counter tops. Couple regrets on the options but cost was getting out of hand. Think we’ll be pretty happy all and all. All they have to do now is install Springfield table and few hooks when we pick up.
