It is a popular grist mill for photographers. Now in what state park is it located?

#189 is also in a state park & is listed as the oldest covered bridge in the US. Hard to tell if it really is since I've seen 3 others that are also called the oldest...

Yes it is Robert. The Red Canyon Road south out of Custer is pretty interesting and worth the drive.
While Iowa does not have the oldest covered bridges, it does have some of the most famous in Madison County.
