Between iowa City and Cedar Rapids
Interstate 380 northbound in Iowa today at 10:44 AM. 4/23/2022
Spotted by my grandson who doesn’t miss much. I think that’s a Minnesota plate but can’t tell as there’s no snow or giant mosquitos perched on it.

Second Escape sighting in the wild on the same day as the first. In Big Bone Lick SP camped a few sites from us it’s a 19 or 21. Will try to visit later.

Socorro, NM
At 7:00 am, Saturday April 23, we spotted an Escape 19 in Casey’s Socorro RV Park. We had just spent the night in the City of Socorro Rodeo & Sports Complex – RV Park & Horse Stalls, which was about 1/4 mile away. We were the only RV in the city’s 50 site RV Park.

Ft. Bliss, TX
At 11:30 am, Saturday April 23, we passed a northbound E19 with blue decals and a pickup tow vehicle on US Hwy 54, passing through the Ft. Bliss complex, near the TX-NM line. We were southbound headed for Davis Mountains State Park, at Ft. Davis, TX.

You’re in our neck of the woods. We live around 20 minutes east of there. You guys really lucked out with the weather. Been a roller coaster with temps and rain here the last month or so, but a gorgeous day today and tomorrow as well. Hope you enjoy your visit, and safe travels on your trip home.

When you travel weeks at a time weather is always quite variable. It’s a little too hot for my liking, but it it’s not snow and ice we’ve had several times this trip.
Rabbit Hash was a miserable mess today. It was a motorcycle drinking party. It took a long time to get through “town.” If I’d have known, I’d definitely skipped it. Fortunately we had already dropped the trailer.

Davis Mountains State Park, TX
At 08:00 am Sunday April 24, as we were departing, we spotted an Escape 21 sharing the campground with us. They owners had a white pickup tow vehicle. Wish we had walked through that portion of the campground while walking our beagle last night and this morning. Happy travels!

I'm at South Beach State Park in Newport, OR and have 2 sightings: a 17 named "Tiercel" with (if I remember correctly) WA plates, left today though.
The other is a 5.0 with teal graphics and British Columbia plates, still here but every time I walk by with my dog you're either not there, or it's raining hard and I don't want to disturb you...if you see this, stop by site D22 and say hello!

I thought you might have seen us in our NTU E21, but we stopped at Bone Lick for a couple of hours to see the Bisons a week before.

We stayed in Rabbit Hash before we got our NTU E21, in the rental Hashianda. Yes, there are a lot of rowdy bikers, but some nights there is also an impromptu music jam in the 'barn'. It's generally a friendly place.

2019 Escape 21 in Monte Santo
While we were in Monte Santo State Park overlooking Huntsville, AL, April 18-21 we encountered a couple from Huntsville who were just checking out their 2019 E21, before heading out on an extended trip to the West, specifically Utah. Their Escape was virtually the same as our new 2019, except they had blue decals.

It was the crowds, the lack of parking, and the length of time it took to drive a mile just trying to get out when time to go. There was no where to park, walk, or drive.

Just saw a 19 on the move at Dungeness Campground! Don’t know if they’re coming or going, went by too quick for me to see anything other than it was towed by a white Pathfinder and had Washington plates.

Harpers Ferry is In the upper NE Corner of iowa on the Mississippi River . Pikes Peak State Park is nearby and also Yellow River State Forest. Harpers is a small town with many retired folks from eastern Iowa . Nearest
Large town with full services would be Prairie du Chien in Wisconsin.
Towns with “business districts” nearby are Lansing, Iowa also a river town and the Allamakee county seat town of Waukon. I think there was a famous song about Waukon. I think it was called “You”ll never walk alone” it included a line that was something like “Waukon through the rain…..Maybe I’m confused.

Because it's a Teeny Tiny town on "The River". Very Northeast corner. My father was born & raised there. He wanted to go back there. So he's here now.
