Sounds like you are talking yourself into a 5.0. You know you don't need excuses, just do it if you want to.

Stop the presses! Could this be the end of BlackJack? Inquiring minds want to know...

Clarity comes into sharp focus for me mentally, after seeing my doctor. Doctor Al K. Hall that is. Course I gotta write it down at the time or I forget by morning and have to start over. Like I always tell my kids, "it's only money, you can make more.

For the most part, the only time my wife, Grandson and I are in the trailer together is when we're either asleep or (heaven forbid) sick! And that happened. Yikes!!! I do doubt that an extra 2 feet of aisle would have made the experience any less 'uncomfortable'.
Out trailer 'world' is out doors, I guess because, we're summer, early fall, and late spring campers only.
The size of ones camper, as well as the additions is relative to ones camping style.

I think you've hit the nail square on the head about size, additions, and camping style.

And I would say my answer to the OP's question of why is simply because I can or I want to.

A 21 Foot or 5.0TA is 4 inches (10 cm) wider than a 19 Foot; the 19 Foot is 4 inches (10 cm) wider than all the smaller models (currently 17 Ft, but also the discontinued 15 Ft, 13 Ft, and original 5.0).

Also keep in mind that the bathroom in a 5.0 TA is in the middle of the trailer which takes up additional aisle space compared to the bathroom in a 21 that is up in the corner.
