As for I think it depends on your trailer , a hole or two needing to be changed , that isn't really a problem . When I removed the originals all our holes were larger and one or two really not lined up where they should be . Just put a spacer in the latch side to hold door in place , drill new holes , seal up the old holes and install your new hinges . Can't stress this enough cut yourself a rubber gasket, I used a old thin bike tube to make a gasket . Make sure you precut the holes in the gasket . I found the old hinge cutting into the fiberglass without the gasket . Also pay attention to your screws , the door and body screws are not the same . One set is shorter . Pat
Good to know, thanks Pat

If there is still anyone wanting these, the vendor told me he has some that have scratches on them. When he gets in the new buffing wheel he has on order he'll shine them up and see how they look. You'd need to talk to him to see if they are worth getting.

PM'd Pat on this but I've got the hinge off and want to put it back correctly. Unlike Pat I failed to note the length of screws when I removed the hinges last year in an attempt to refurbish them. Now I don't know which length of screw goes where. Can anyone advise me?
Thanks,
Nick

The hinges are so nice and will be installed soon on our Escape yacht. I really like the marine quality and look. Thanks to Pat and Linda for the heads up.

Hey Seef nice to hear from you, it's been awhile. I think he's sold all the remaining hinges he had.

How about you post on the trips threads area about where you've traveled with your 5.0 the last couple of years since you've posted. I'm sure we'd all like to hear since few of us would have a chance to camp in Europe and certainly not with our Escapes.

We sold our 2007 5.0 this year and now have a 2016 5.0TA, the extra room is nice!

If I’m not mistaken these are the same hinges, I couldn’t make out all the dimensions due to the low resolution of the spec drawing and the small iPhone screen.
