The use of the rods tells me you have Suburban water heaters with steel tank. Atwood does not have a steel tank so the rod is not needed.

Here is a picture of dual axle wheel chock which is 2 wedges top and bottom with a screw rod. Pictured on a 1985 Bigfoot 19. FiberglassTravelTrailersrv.com sell these.

The anode rod is used in steel water tanks. The 2010 Escape 19 I owned did not have a anode rod. They must have changed the type of water heater.
