You’ll enjoy towing a 5.0. They are a well behaved towable once you get the hitch position and weight balance figured out, if it’s not perfect right out of the gate.

I wound up turning my Andersen hitch around to pull the 5.0 up a little closer to the truck. Ymmv

Regardless of what the payload rating sticker SAYS, what *counts* is GVWR minus ACTUAL WEIGHT. Every single option and accessory in the vehicle adds to that actual weight.
