Turning clearance for 5.0TA with F-150 5.5' bed?

Does anyone have experience with towing a 5.0TA with a F-150 Crew Cab with a 5.5' bed? I tried a forum search but only got an error message because of all the numbers.

I'm wondering if this setup is at all practical because it seems one couldn't turn very sharply without the trailer hitting the cab, but I could be wrong. The 2022 F-150 Lightning EV will only come in this configuration so the answer to this question might be interesting to the folks who don't do long-range towing and are looking at an EV.
