Since this forum was swapped over a year or so ago it's been slowing down. Now you have to wait 5 min. for a page to load and usually the page is ( not responding ) this indicates it's on your end and not ours. All other pages I use load normal except this one. I'm using Internet Explorer 8. The web site is bogged down and needs to be cleaned up on the server end. Old pages and the subscripts need updated etc.

Folks, we are working to resolve this. The slow loads only impact those using IE and so until we can get this resolved (shortly) please either bear with us, or consider using chrome of Firefox. Thanks for your patience and input.

Still slow today. Getting hate message about script running will slow down IE...asks to cancel, yes or no.

As I said earlier, mine was ridiculously slow using Safari.
Okay today.
I thought maybe it was traffic during the July 4 holiday but I see that someone is still slow.

We've made a change and believe it should solve the issue for IE users. For those having trouble, delete your temp internet files (empty your browsers cache) and then reboot please. Let me know how it goes.

The response time is vastly improved. The administrative efforts are greatly appreciated.

I know, I know. IE sux. But I really disliked opening multiple browsers just to use a different forum. All is good now!

I don't use multiple browsers most of the time, though it really is not much of a deal to do so, I just never is IE is all. Chrome seems to be the go to, as I like the search and address bar as one, though never have really had issue with Firefox. I typically have at least 30-50 tabs open at a time though.

I have been sitting smugly using my iPAD with great response time while others were struggling until today. Now I am experiencing VERY slow response time. That'll teach me . Anyone else having problems with this site using Safari?

I didn't fix it.
