Greetings! We are Ed and Karen, newly retired, and looking for an Escape 19 to increase our adventures.
We live in the northwest corner of Washington State, 10 miles from the BC border.
We love travel, making friends, and exploring God's amazing creation.
Once we land our rig, we hope to meet you!

It’s not too bad. We plan our trips so we take the trailer off the island once a season. We’re starting a cross Canada trip to Newfoundland and back this summer, with the kick off being the Escape Rally in Osoyoos in late May. If you get one before the end of May you should try to make it up….nice spot & a way to meet people. When we’re not on our longer trips we really enjoy Vancouver Island. Some great places up on north island like Telegraph Cove. The ferries not too bad ~$275CAD one-way for the whole rig. The Blackball ferry Vict - Port. Angeles is a great option too, when we head down to the Oregon Coast. Hope to get down there this September to try Yolks & Wanda’s (Donna!) in Nehalem! Good luck with your hunting!

Wow, we love your plans! Ed says we'll make the Osoyoos rally whether or not we find one by then, just to meet everyone and learn more.

Keep a sharp eye on the classifieds section of this forum. There are a couple of 19s for sale right now (Iowa, NM, TX) and I often see them pop up for sale in the northwest as well.

Welcome to the forum. I have a sister and extended family in Ferndale.
As has been said, watch like a hawk, local sales listings do come up but sell quickly. It can be a bit frustrating checking for listings frequently but the day you don't.

I believe others have posted in the Rally thread that the Rally campsite @ N’K Mip in Osoyoos may be full, so you’ll need to confirm that.
If you do make make it up you also need to register for the Rally with Escape Industries directly.
And…..say hello…..we’re in site #70.

The park has cabins to rent if you want to stay with everyone else. IF my rememberer is working, they were down close to the lake.

Welcome I grew up in Bellingham, my sister still lives there. My son lives In Lynden.
My wife and I just retired last year and are enjoying our Escape. We live in Mount Vernon .Buying used is a great choice because all the bugs are worked out and you might get some great mods.
