Underway. Maybe fewer people are using the camp showers and using the one in their camper? I’ve seen them towed to the dump station by everything from a ton dually Ram pickup with a diesel to a ten speed bicycle, in the same campground. My friends have one that they tow with a gold wing trike.

Note that you will need a fair amount of clearance to get the wagon under your dump valves. Not much room under my 21C with no lift option. . .

Most of them have a short hose that you would connect to the dump valve the same as you normally would if connecting to campground services. As long as you have a couple of degrees downhill grade you're good to go.
They work great, but they take up a lot of space. We carried one in our Class A because many State and Provincial Parks had water & electric hook ups but no sewer.

I had one and was taking a shower in it, with a solar bag of warm water and sitting on a folding stool. Hilly, woodsy terrain in the UP of Michigan. Me and the pop up shower shelter tumbled over. Don't know if it was the folding stool that decided to fold or the slope.

Sold it cheap at a garage sale to someone who would use it as a costume changing station during plays and performances. I hope they're on level terrain.
