Anyone willing to help me with pricing my Escape 21?

We're riding home from my neck procedure and I'm accepting the fact that towing a camper to and from neck procedures isn't ideal. We're probably going to sell and get in a new one in a couple of years.

I'm definitely not in the know with pricing. I know when we bought the approximate selling prices were about cost -$1000/year, but the current market is way different and we would sell ourselves short like that. Not to mention, we're in Louisiana and Escapes are not exactly easy to get here. There's a possibility that the cost of us getting it here should be factored in.

Who's in the know and wants to peruse the build sheet and give me some input?

I'm planning on coming over to you folks neighborhood for a bit of fishing. Been A long time since I was there. I'm looking at Houma. The Capri campground look nice in their website pics( it would, wouldn't it). They don't seem to want to answer the phone. Nothing I hate worse than 'messages'. Got any experience/recommendations in that area?

I wish I did! We've never camped in Louisiana lol. People say Palmetto State Park is nice though!

I'm just the opposite. I use the COE parks all over TX. Sometimes in Arkansas

SouthernCamper, whatever happened with your furnace and electrical issues - did those get resolved?
