Any preference for brand of Step cover? I see two on Amazon. Camco and Presto Fit, the latter being more expensive.

Those slip on covers will not work not stay, I ended up buying self stick treads, to cover the holes, try this https://www.amazon.com/Tape-King-Bla...ad+safety+tape

The other thing my trailer wants for Xmas is a stovetop cover. It's a 3 burner stove. Preferences?

We love towing with our 2.7 as well but we did get the 4wd and am glad I did I needed it Monday to drive from home to Thunder Bay. Hwy was in great shape in MN but not in MB or in ON, used 4wd most of the way and gas consumption was barely more.
Yes our Escape is getting something but can't tell as it's a stocking present for Beth.

With how far they are with it, I imagine there will be some photos soon. The first one is nearing being done, and there are a 3 or 4 more in the early stages. Mine will start soon.

I did take some photos, but am leaving it to Escape to reveal their own trailer. It will still look the same tomorrow.

A small ladle and spatula for the utensil drawer, and command hooks for bathroom - red to match the kettle. We also spoiled our Escape this winter, have stored her undercover at a local storage place. I was happy to see another Escape a few bays away...she won't be lonely[emoji1360]

We've only gone about 1,000 miles, but like it very much. A little disappointed in the gas-mileage (getting 14.6mpg driving mostly interstate at around 60mph) the 3.73 differential may be part of it.
The 2WD bed is a couple inches lower and 4WD costs about $4,000 more.

FWIW, my 3.5L EB mpg went from 17-18 non towing drive around town to 14 the last month or two. Don't know how much of that is winter gas or just that the engine takes more juice when it gets cold.
My mpg also got somewhat better as the truck got some miles on it although I don't recall how much it took, maybe 10k. Be interesting to see if yours picks up come spring.

I'm a bit surprised. We average about 25.7 mpg not towing. 2WD, SuperCrew, 5.5 bed, stock gear ratio.
I do however keep the gauges set to the mpg bar graph, and I make an effort to keep the bar as high as possible when driving. It does change your driving habits.

Tomorrow never comes.
Just sayin' it will look the same no matter when photos are released. I just don't think it is my place to do it.
It does look great, like I said the difference to the past model is similar to the changes in the other 3 models. The mould makers did a really good job with the transition of the loft to the trailer, I think that seems to have a bit cleaner lines.
It is safe to say, that I am now finally getting excited about getting my trailer. Heck, it has only been a 1 1/2 year wait so far.
