Airhead Toilet Fan

Anyone with the Airhead toilet know if the vent tubing should have a slight vacuum/draw when you unhook the hoses at the inline coupler by the back wall? I feel like a small piece of paper, like a thin receipt should be held against the tube coming from the wall as the fan draws air in that tube. Anyone able to confirm this theory please?

The fan does create a suction that is noticeable. I disconnected my hose connection and the suction could easily be felt with my hand and it would hold small piece of paper to the end of the hose. If your unit is not pulling air through the toilet and out the roof vent , you may want to check the screen filter located in the hose connection on the outlet side.

Found the fan, no whirrly

I did locate the fan, it is in a shroud that passes through the hull in the shower. Now to find out where it is powered.

If you remove the medicine cabinet you’ll have access to the wiring. I was able to install a switch for my fan, this allows me to easily turn the fan off when I’m not using the trailer.

Well, you were on to something. I had to remove the medicine cabinet and hook up the wiring to the fan. It was not wired at all.

Once you get it running, check the filter screen where the hoses join together and on the side of the toilet. It's surprising how much dust those screens can collect.
