Screw it back in place? It doesn't sound like there is anything stopping you from simply doing that, but maybe I have misunderstood the condition of the parts.
With other threaded fasteners I would suggest thread locking compound (adhesive) to keep the screws from loosening again, but not with sheet metal screws (which these presumably are) and not in an oven (because it is too hot).
The good news is that I've never heard of this happening before, and these ovens are very common. Perhaps the screws just were not properly installed at the Atwood factory.
