I had the exact problem, in my case the short that caused the outside GFI to pop was that same gfi outlet which I accessed from under the seat.
The wire rubbed on the screw that secured the outlet to the trailer.
I relocated the wire slightly to avoid the screw then isolated the wear mark in the wire and used electrical tape to fix.

Well guys, I found the issue.
All wiring was tight in the breaker box but ultimately the five nonworking outlets were tied to a bad 15A breaker in the breaker box under the dinette seat. I found this by placing a voltage tester on the switch area of each breaker.
Thanks to everyone for providing me tips to resolve this!

As to the Maine moose hunt, I will say that the North Maine Woods is an interesting area to visit. Very backwoods Canada-ish where food, gas and people are few and far between. We found evidence of moose but no sightings. Experienced bull callers had better luck but there was not alot of animals in our area it appeared. Locals blamed the moose ticks. Regardless, it was an experience to visit the area and it sure was a test to see if every screw and bolt in the camper was tight (lots of vibration from road conditions).

It happened again
Well, my daughter and I took the camper out to Tucson. She plugged in a small desk lamp which then started flickering and now the circuit is out again. Not sure what is causing the breakers to continually fail.

I noticed the GFCI outlet outside (which a Starlink system was plugged into at the time) would no longer reset, so after the hunt I replaced that outlet thinking that was the problem. But, unfortunately, that didn't solve it.
Looking at the panel, I don't see any breakers tripped (I reset them all) and I don't see any fuses blown.
Anyone have any ideas on next steps to take?
I have a 2019 21C Escape. Thank you for any guidance you might provide.

Had the exact same issue in my 2023 NE21. Found the black power wire loose on a breaker in the extra breaker box. Just enough contact to heat the wire and limit power. Easy fix, but this was very dangerous.
