Armor All or something similar might prolong the life of the rubber hoses.

ArmorAll will more likely shorten the life of the rubber, but it will be shiny.

Armor All has worked well on the door gaskets in my vehicles. I used it twice a year on a Ford Ranger pickup that I drove for eighteen years and the gaskets were still good when I sold it. I also used it on the vinyl dash and other vinyl surfaces and they never cracked.

Rubber hose is not the same, but if Armor All is not suitable, perhaps there is some other treatment for hose that will prolong its life.

This is what I use on rubber. It is good for protecting electrical connections against corrosion too.
