Screen door retention latch searching for a solution.

Has anyone had a problem with the screen door retention latch screws pulling loose from the entry door. It appears that the screws are installed through the thin aluminum skin and there is nothing behind that other than the insulation foam in the door. I like having that latch that catches the screen door. I am trying to figure out how I can reattach it to the entry door.

Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks Ken Escape 19

I would look for some wider screws, if that didn’t hold this might work.

A hair bigger screws backed up with good double sided tape under.
