Just a thought, inspect your heater for mud dobbers in chimney. If exhaust is clean, try changing your propane tank out. If your have a oil contained tank. It will cause the flame �� too go out....

Check your wheel bearings. Jack it up one wheel at a time. If your wheel and tire wiggles just a little, the bearings are loose. Simple fix, don’t over think it.

It has one already, the spacer is between the frame and the axle. Which is welded to it with looks like some sort of gusset welded to both.

Jackup your axle and see if the wheel will wiggle aliitle and the angle changes...
